Our director, Dr Sandra Mandic, has over 20 years of research and project management experience and over 14 years of experience in providing research consultancy services to the government organisations in New Zealand.

Founder and Director, AGILE Research Ltd.
Dr Sandra Mandic, PhD, PMP established AGILE Research Ltd. in 2021 to use her knowledge, expertise and professional collaborations to help strengthen research communities. She created all Compass Guide Research Training resources published to date.
Dr Mandic is a researcher with 20+ years of research experience in the transport and health sectors.
Her personal and professional experience spans nine cities across five countries and three continents – including Europe, Canada, United States and New Zealand – and she speaks four languages.
Dr Mandic has experience of working in the academia, government and business sectors. She has extensive collaborations in New Zealand and internationally spanning multiple sectors including academia, project management, transport, health, education and government. As a result, the AGILE Research Ltd. has access to a pool of other experts and consultants that could be brought in for specific projects.
