Course objectives
The overall objective of this course is to offer practical guidance for writing research grants
to researchers, academics and postgraduate students.
Specific objectives are:
- Understand the foundation for writing research grant applications
- Discuss standard components of research grant applications
- Provide practical guidance for writing research grant applications
- Discuss importance of knowing funding opportunities and requirements
- Offer tips for crafting high quality research grant applications
