Course objectives
The overall objective of this course is to discuss management and monitoring of research project procedures, project team, risks and preparation of research outputs.
Specific objectives are:
- Explore management and monitoring of scope, time and resources in research projects
- Discuss management of project risks, issues and change
- Explore good practices for building and managing high-performing teams
- Discuss management of preparation of research project deliverables
